MyFarmWorks Pro Review: Alexander Briggs on Farm Record Keeping and Compliance
Managing livestock records, animal movements and farm compliance can be time-consuming, particularly when information needs to be kept accurate and up to date across different systems.
MyFarmWorks Pro is designed to simplify farm record keeping by bringing livestock records, BCMS movements, medicine records and compliance information together in one place. By reducing duplicated paperwork and making important farm information easier to access, it helps farmers spend less time on administration and more time managing their livestock.
In this customer testimonial, farmer Alexander Briggs shares his experience using MyFarmWorks Pro, including how the system has helped streamline livestock administration, simplify compliance and make it easier to manage livestock performance data alongside Shearwell's weighing technology.
"Using MyFarmWorks Pro has been a genuinely positive step forward for the way I manage livestock records and farm compliance. From day one, the system has proven itself to be reliable, practical, and clearly designed with real farmers in mind.
Being able to enter cattle movements once and have that information reflected in BCMS records saves a huge amount of time and removes the stress of duplicated paperwork.
The integrated medicine book is a major advantage, making it far easier to stay on top of treatments, withdrawal periods and inspections without having to juggle paper records or multiple systems. Knowing everything is accurate, up to date and compliant gives real peace of mind.
The platform itself is straightforward and easy to use, even when dealing with large volumes of data. Tasks that used to feel time-consuming or complicated are now quick and logical.
Whether it’s updating herd records, recording livestock movements or checking compliance information, everything is accessible in one place, which makes day-to-day farm administration far more manageable. It is also really easy to pull data on livestock performance when combined with the ShearWeigh Weigh Head, including daily live weight gain and average weight at bulling or tupping. Having this information readily available makes it easier to monitor performance and get more value from the livestock data already being collected on farm.
Another standout feature of MyFarmWorks Pro is how responsive and supportive the team behind it is. Support is consistently praised in reviews, and that has been my experience as well.
When questions come up or help is needed, responses are fast, clear and genuinely helpful. It feels like you’re dealing with people who understand farming and understand the importance of keeping things running smoothly, especially during busy periods.
Making Farm Record Keeping Simpler
Overall, MyFarmWorks Pro has made farm record-keeping more efficient, less stressful and far more reliable. The combination of ease of use, strong compliance support and excellent customer service makes it a system I would confidently recommend to other farmers looking to simplify their paperwork and focus more on the job that really matters — running their farm."
